Ticketing Policies

Ticket Exchange Policy

Circle Theatre Company tickets are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend your performance date, you may return your tickets to Circle Theatre Company as a tax-deductible donation. We ask that you please notify the Box Office at least 24 hours prior to your originally scheduled reservation if you intend to donate your tickets for tax credit. Tickets for past performances cannot be considered a donation. CTC does not offer credits for missed performances. There are no refunds.

Lost Ticket Replacement

If you lose your tickets, call the Box Office and we can reprint them for you. Reprinted tickets will be held at WILL CALL under your last name, and can be picked up on the date of the performance.

Ticketing Discounts

When discounts are available, they cannot be applied to an order retroactively and cannot be combined with any other discounts.

Ticket Purchasing

We use an outside vendor for all ticket purchasing. Your ticket will be automatically emailed to you at the time of purchase.

Sold Out Performances

Although an event may sell out, tickets do often become available. Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. In the event of a performance selling out, a wait-list will be created at the box office. Ten minutes prior to curtain, the box office will release tickets to those on the wait list.

 Late Arrivals

Out of respect for our performers and guests, late seating can't always be accommodated. Latecomers may need to wait for a safe moment to be seated and might be offered alternate seats.

Frequently Asked Questions

What time do the doors open?

Doors open for performances approximately thirty minutes before performances begins.

Can I take pictures or video tape the performances?

No. Due to licensing restrictions, the use of cameras, video equipment, phones, and other recording devices is strictly prohibited during all performances.

What happens if I arrive late?

If you arrive after the show has started, for the respect, comfort, and safety of the patrons who arrived on time, you will be seated in the back of the theatre (at the House Manager’s discretion) until intermission. At that time, an usher will be happy to show you your assigned seats.

What time should I arrive at the theatre?

We recommend you arrive thirty to sixty minutes prior to curtain when the lobby opens; especially if you have tickets at Will Call.

How much time should I allow for parking?

Plenty of free parking is available on-site. No extra time is required.

I can’t make a performance, can I give my tickets to a friend?

If your schedule changes and you are unable to attend a performance for which you have tickets, you can give your tickets to a friend. If you choose to give your tickets to a friend, please make sure to give them your order number.
